Fairly clean and pleasant hotel with well furnished and extremely spacious rooms. The rooms with bath. Central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area — very useful. Really great experience there.

I loved hotel's prime and quiet location!!

I've booked superior king room with bath and everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was really close to the centre, the river and the city center.

Great location near the train station 🚉. I booked a room that came with a balcony.

Value for money was excellent, with a fair price for the mini-bar and a spacious, clean room overlooking the canal. The staff, especially the owner Gerard, were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The breakfast menu could benefit from more options to suit different tastes.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options available. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was ideal, within walking distance to attractions and public transportation.

The rooms had a unique design that might not be to everyone's taste. there were no elevators in the building, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to the train station and near the old town. The room was clean with great hotel facilities and the staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious and affordable.

    Nothing to dislike.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect - right across from the train station and easy to walk to the city center. Secondly, the room was clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the water. The bathroom was well-equipped, with a bath and shower. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I visit the area again.

No real negatives - everything was perfect!

We had a great Easter weekend at a charming hotel by the canal. the location was perfect, as it was easy to explore the city center and close to the train station. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. We also appreciated the friendly staff, who gave us a warm welcome and provided good information about the facilities.

We had trouble with the steep stairs, especially when carrying our luggage. It would have been helpful to have an elevator or some assistance offered to transport our bags.

Great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The hotel's attention to detail is evident in its clean and well-kept rooms, some of which even come with a balcony. The staff are friendly and provide good service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The location is perfect, with the hotel being close to both the train station and the city center. You can easily explore the beautiful surroundings on foot, and the hotel's proximity to the center means that you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and discover all the hidden gems this city has to offer.

All was perfectly fine, no improvements needed.

I always choose this place because staff helped me well with dinner tips. It's perfect for me- Wi-Fi, drink, laundry, TV, adults only, express/vip check-in/out. Can't wait for Christmas!

Great central location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and had a nice aesthetic. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel was a cozy and comfortable place to spend Christmas.

The stairs to our room were extremely steep, and there was no elevator. This made it challenging to carry our luggage up to our room, especially since we were traveling with a lot of items for the holidays.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city centre and visit the train station. Guests can enjoy a clean and comfortable room with great views of the canal. the proprietor offers exceptional service, going above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. There is also a reasonable price for breakfast, which is continentally styled.

The hotel's historical building lacks elevators, making it unsuitable for visitors who struggle with stairs.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the location of this hotel is. It is a stone's throw away from the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Middelburg has to offer. Additionally, being near the train station is a big plus for those traveling by public transportation.

No major issues. Everything during our stay was absolutely fine.
